Our thoughts are with everyone affected by COVID-19 and those grappling to come to terms with this new reality. We wanted to reach out to reassure you of the steps we’re taking to limit the spread and effects of the virus.

The safety and health of our community, including our customers and staff, is our primary focus right now.

Guided by the World Health Organisation (WHO), international best practice and directives by the South African Department of Health and National Institute of Communicable Diseases, BluWave Software is implementing precautionary measures across the business to mitigate the risk of virus transmission.
 
Steps we’re taking to limit the spread and effects of the virus:

Step 1 - Remote Support: All support will be done remotely via email, telephone and online screen sharing tools.

Step 2 - Remote Training: All training is being run via Zoom an online training tool. There is no cost to the customer for this tool. Class sizes as for our physical classes remain max 6 users. The training remains instructor-led, hands-on with exercises.

Step 3 – Remote Implementations: All implementation consultations for system configuration and system reviews etc are being run via Zoom. There is no cost to the customer for this tool.

Step 4 - Remote sales: All sales meetings will be done via online screen sharing tools.

All our staff are available telephonically and via email with the all of them working from home offices in the interest of their safety and health.

With the current Covid-19 pandemic and the announcement of a nationwide lockdown from President Ramaphosa, we have no other option but to work remotely from home. However, this does not mean all business must slow down or come to an end, as a cloud-based SAAS app, you can use BluWave anywhere, anytime and on any internet-enabled device.
